Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday (standard business hours) in the order they are received, following credit approval. We strive to have your package ready for shipment on the next business day. If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. Am I able to make changes to my order after purchasing?
We aren’t able to make any changes to your order once complete, but if you run into any issues or have questions, please reach out to us at info@tenamark.com so we can smooth out any issues.
Is there a limit to the number of guides I can order?
We don’t have a limit to the number of guides you can order, but if you plan on ordering more than 100 units please reach out to us at info@tenamark.com and we can help you further.
How do I track my order?
You can follow your order via email tracking. All orders will ship via USPS and you will be able to track your order the entire way.
